| Joseph's tips: Learn something new each day on the course. A lot of time people have advice and are willing to give it to anybody who is willing to listen. Be a student of the game and watch video on drives, putts, and approaches. Time off to rest is important. I found that if I play for 10 to 13 days in a row I get lazy. Exercise : I found that doing push-ups, air squats, and sit-ups are great ways to get in shape for disc. Always stretch, stretch, stretch. Most importantly: throw it like you mean it. |
